What to Expect

Health History Form

When you arrive at the clinic you will be asked to fill out a health history form. Details to be included would be any medication that you are currently taking, past and present medical conditions, general phsyical activities and any areas your are experiencing pain and discomfort. The form will help to rule out any condtions that may make the massage unsafe and will also help to individually tailor your massage to suit your needs.

What to wear

Though it is recommended that you undress down to your underwear, it is important for you to be comfortable throughout the session. You will be asked to undress  to a level of comfort that suits you. Reanne will leave the room giving you privacy to undress and will not return until you are comfortably draped on the table. You will remain draped during the session only exposing areas which are being massaged.

Communication

It is important to communicate and give feedback as to how you are feeling, whether you are comfortable and most importantly whether the pressure suits you. The pressure should always stay and a "feel good" level.

Every massage is tailored to suit each individual client, as we all have our own expectations of what we would like to experience from a Massage Therapy session. With the feedback that is given, Reanne will be able to adjust the techniques to ensure total comfort to get maximum results.
